Spreadsheets

Spreadsheets allows you to export details from the reports into Excel so the information can be viewed and edited, and then imported into another program if needed.

• Select a Title from the upper grid by highlighting the row.
  • This will populated the Filter by and Column Name sections.

FILTER BY

• Select the options you would like the spreadsheet Filtered By. Examples include:
  • Fiscal Year
  • Status
  • Status
  • Status Category
  • Site
  • Type
  • Title
  • Licensed/Classified

NOTE: The filters that display depend on what Title was selected in the upper grid.

COLUMN NAME

• Select the columns to be included in the .csv file by checking the box next to the Column Name. Examples include:
  • Employee Number
  • Last Name
  • First Name
  • Licensed/Classified
  • Classification
  • Primary Site
  • Site Name
  • Title
  • Subtitle
  • State Hire Date
  • SS-200
  • SS-300
  • EEO-5
  • Employment Status
  • Tenure Status
  • BT Status

• Click to create the .csv file. A Save Selection form will appear.

  

• Enter the name of the file in the field and click Save. A Processing form will appear.

  

• Once the file is finished processing, it will open automatically in Excel.
