Admin / Indirect Cost Report

The Admin/Indirect Cost Reportdisplays the Total Administration Cost and Total Indirect Cost allowed, along with the calculation for each.

  • To filter budgets in the grid, select options from the Budget Year, PRC, Status, Fund, and/or DPI Status drop-down lists. The grid will automatically refresh. Leaving a drop-down list blank is the same as All.

  • Highlight a Version from the grid to select it.

  • Click the generate report button to create the report.

NOTE: If the Admin or Indirect Cost amount is UNDER the allowed amount, the report will indicate you are UNDER and there is no error. If the Admin or Indirect Cost amount is OVER the allowed amount, the report will indicate you are OVER. You will not be allowed to submit a budget to DPI if the Admin or Indirect Cost amounts are over the allowed amount.
