Budget Comparison Report

The Budget Comparison Report displays a report of two selected budgets for comparison and presents the amounts and percent change.

To filter budgets in the grid, select options from the Budget Year, PRC, Status, Fund, and/or DPI Status drop-down lists. The grid will automatically refresh. Leaving a drop-down list blank is the same as All.
Select a version by checking the Versions box on the left-hand side in the Budget 1 grid. Once that is selected, the Budget 2 grid will populate.
Select a version by checking the Versions box on the left-hand side in the Budget 2 grid.
Select an option from the Summarize By Account Structure Element drop-down list.
Click to generate the report.
