Customers

Customers allows users to set up customers to be used with cash receipts. Customers is used so customer information can be entered at one time instead of continuously.

Apply Filters

  • Click the filters link. The Apply Filters form will display.

  • Select a status from the Customer Status drop-down list.
  • Check the blank check boxes next to sites to include customers associated with those sites. The grid will refresh on the next form.
  • Click the done button.

Search and Edit

  • Type a Customer Name in the search field.
  • To view or edit an existing customer, click on the Customerrow. A new tab will display.

Add Customer

  • Click the add link. The Add Customer form will display.

  • Enter the customer name in the Name field.
  • Enter the customer’s Address, Phone, and Email, if desired.
  • If this customer will be used in Accounts Receivable, enter the A/R Account Code to use for their invoices in the A/R Account field.
  • Select Print or E-Mail from the Billing Method drop-down list if this customer will be used in Accounts Receivable.
  • Click the save button. The General Tab will display.
