Deduction Refund

Deduction Refund allows users to refund deductions that were previously taken in error. Using this option to refund the deduction will return the employee’s money, update earnings/deduction history correctly, handle taxes correctly, update the account codes, and generate credit invoices to the appropriate vendors.

  • Enter the Employee # or Name in the search field to search for an employee.
  • Click a column header to filter by that header option.
  • Click the row or the blue right arrow icon to select an employee to display a list of all their checks.
