Direct Deposit Banks

Direct Deposit Bank allows users to set up the employee and vendor direct deposit banks for ACH. Direct Deposit Banks must be set up here before they can be selected in Manage Employees or Direct Deposit info in Fund Management Vendors. The Direct Deposit Bank form is used for preparing a list of bank routing numbers. This enables users to only enter the direct deposit information once instead of multiple times.

Search and Edit

  • Enter a bank name or routing number in the search field to search for a bank.
  • To view or edit an existing Bank, click the Edit link. The Edit Bank form will display.

  • The Routing Number cannot be edited if the bank is attached to a record.
  • To delete a bank, click the delete link. Banks cannot be deleted if they are attached to a record.
  • Click the save button.

Add Bank

  • Click the add link. The Add Bank form will display.

  • Enter the bank name in the Bank Name field.
  • Enter the 9-digit routing number in the Routing Number field.
  • Click the save button.
