Requests History Report

The Requests History Report provides a list of requests submitted by employees through Employee LINQ.

  • Select the type from the Request Types drop-down list. ALL is selected by default.
  • Select the status from the Request Status drop-down list. ALL is selected by default.
  • Select the employee from the Employee drop-down list. ALL is selected by default.
  • Select Request Date or Effective Date in the Date Range section.
  • Enter or select a date range using the Calendar feature in the Date From and Date To fields.
  • Check the Include Request Details box to include the request details on the report.
  • Click the generate report button to create the report.
  • Click the export to excel button to export the data to Excel.
