Storage Location Setup

Storage Locations are optional settings that can be used to assign Items to a location within a warehouse or warehouses.

You can have as many Storage Locations as you need for various local purposes. Each Item can only be assigned to one Storage Location.

  • Click the button to add a new Storage Location.

  • Enter a Description for the Storage Location
    • Descriptions must be unique.
  • Click Save when complete.

EXISTING STORAGE LOCATION OPTIONS

  • Hover over a Storage Location and click the Cog Option that appears to Edit or Delete Storage Locations.

    • Click Edit to update an existing Storage Location Description
      • Backspace to erase the Description field to enter a new Storage Location Description.
    • Click Delete to delete a Storage Location.

      • NOTE: If a Storage Location is currently associated with an Item, it cannot be deleted.
