Food Based Analysis Report

The Food Based Analysis report can be used to verify that Cycle Menus are in compliance with USDA standards. The report provides a per-meal, daily and weekly comparison (or any combination of these) to the standard.

Report Parameters

  • Select a Site from the dropdown list.
  • Select a From and To Date.
  • Select a Meal Type from the dropdown list.
  • Select a Cycle Menu from the dropdown list.

Report Options

  • Select the Number of Days to include on the report.
  • Select how you want the report to Sort the information:
    • Recipe
    • Component
  • Click the View button to open the report as a PDF.
