Import Pictures

This is for importing pictures for student accounts. The pictures will display on the Breakfast, Lunch, Other and Supper Serve Screen.

  • Select Student Number or Serving Number for what the file name is based on.

    • You can use either .jpg or .bmp files, but the pictures will need to be in a Zipped (compressed) file.

    • The file names must match either the Student number or Serving number.

    • Example: If the ID# is 234567, the file name would be 234567.bmp

  • Click the button to browse to the location of file.

    • The images can be in any folder that is accessible in your network.

  • Click the button to bring the images into Meals Plus Web.

    • A Progress Bar will display on the bottom of the form.

    • Pictures will automatically be attached to the appropriate student accounts in Account Setup.
