Sprint 43 Release Notes 11-18-2019

This document describes enhancements and corrections for School LINQ.

Fund Management

Accounts Payable

Manage Invoices

  • The Add / Edit Filters window now reads, “You may add filters below…” to match the other filter windows.

Purchasing

Manage Purchase Orders

  • If an account is over budget, the account line on the Purchase Order Listing Report will display in red.

Payroll

Administration

Reports: W2

  • Users can now reprint W2s without error.

Manage Employees

Manage Employees: Jobs Tab

  • An FTE (Full Time Equivalency) field has been added to the Add Job form.

Modify Payment

Void Payments

  • Amounts are now showing correctly on Net Pay Invoices after voiding direct deposit for an employee.

Purchase Order Setup

  • A Show Over Budget Warnings check box has been added.
    • This box indicates whether or not the user will be warned for using an account that is over budget in Manage Purchase Orders.
    • The box is checked by default.
  • The duplicate Save and Cancel buttons at the top of the screen have been removed. Users will use the buttons at the bottom of the page.
