This document describes enhancements and corrections for School LINQ.
New Features
Fund Management
Accounts Payable

New! A Hold Payment check box has been added to the General Tab.

When checked, Invoices to that vendor will no longer display in Process Payments.

Payroll
Administration
- New! A Hide Leave Balances on Check stubs check box has been added to the Leave Setup Tab for hiding leave balances on check stubs.
Manage Employees
- New! Allow Clocking-in/Clocking-out check boxes have been added to the Jobs Tab.
This is in preparation for the future release of a new Time Keeping/Employee Portal solution.
Input
- Each employee's Pay Amount is now easily distinguishable on the main Hours entry form when Lump Sum Hours has been selected.
Processing

New! A Total Hours column has been added to the report showing the total hours being paid to the employee.
System Settings
System Setup
- New! A default bank can be set by clicking the Set Default link in the Default column of the Banking Info grid. Any changes are made in real-time.
Other Enhancements
Fund Management
Manage Accounts

The option to Group by Fund has been added to the Budget Analysis Report.

This option is only available if Fund is the only selection in the Elements grid.
- A summary of all Revenues and Expenses has been added at the end of the report.

- An Include Budget Detail check box, which defaults to checked, has been added. This gives users the ability to exclude the Budget column from the Income Statement report.
- The previous check box Show Account Detail has also been renamed to Include Account Detail.
Accounts Payable

A Hold Payment column has been added the Vendor Listing report.
Accounts Receivable

The Customer Attn To field, if not null, will now be included on the printed Invoice.
Cash Management
- The All option has been removed from the Bank drop-down list on the Create New Deposit form.
Payroll
Manage Employees

Users with the appropriate user rights to Setup will now be able to uncheck the Generate Employee Number check box.
Processing

Payroll will not be processed when the Start Date is later than the End Date.

The Check Register Report will now combine based on check number, when run By Bank, Check #.
Budget Builder

The Total Budget Report will now include the carryover amount on the total for the revenue amount.
